Sahyadrians attend Samparka 2019, an HR Platform to Network and Learn from each other’s experiences

Placement Officer, TPCG; Prof. Pooja Rai, Dept. of Business Administration; Dr. Sharan Kumar Shetty, Professor, Dept. of Business Administration and Prof. Pavan Kumar Hegde, Dept. of Business Administration, attended “Samparka 2019” a platform for HR fraternity, which was held on 16th Nov’19 at Taj, Yashwantpur, Bengaluru. The event was sponsored by Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management. Over 150 HR’s and Talent Acquisition team members attended the Meet.
The event was inaugurated by Mr. Bhaskar Rao, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Bangalore City. In his inaugural speech he gave an overview of VUCA - Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity and focused on the problem and future of VUCA.
Mr. K C Shetty, Chairman and MD Lumens group of companies, Mumbai & President of Indian Bunt Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was the Chief Guest and while addressing the gathering, stressed on entrepreneurship. Mr. R Upendra Shetty, President, Bunts’ Sangha, Bengaluru, presided over the Meet. He applauded the efforts of the organizers of the Meet.
