Dept. of Business Administration (MBA) conducted CSR Activity on 21st April, 2023 for the children of Chiguru Summer Camp. Programme began with brief introduction about Sahyadri and the activities to be conducted. MBA students conducted activities to engage the students of summer camp. MBAs distributed Essential Kits to 10 needy families in the region
Due to the continued lockdown and no access to work, the financially poor are facing challenges in meeting their basic daily requirements. With this background, the CSR Committee of MBA Student Council had contributed basic essentials to serve 10 needy families in the region. Each kit had 5Kgs of Rice, 1 Kg of Sugar, ½ Kg of Tea Powder, 1 Litre of Cooking Oil and Soaps - Bathing and Washing. The 10 families were identified from the areas of Boloor, Shakthinagara, Panjimuger and Padil.
