Sahyadri, selected as one of the Nodal Centres for the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) - 2022

Recently, Sahyadri had filed its nomination for Nodal Centres for SIH-2022 which was called from PAN India for the purpose of hosting the Grand Finale of SIH-2022. Out of the huge response from various institutes and incubators across India, Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management. Mangaluru, has been selected as one of the Nodal Centres for the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) - 2022 as per the prerequisite and nodal centre committee discussions. As a Nodal Centre, Sahyadri will be responsible for the smooth conduct of the Grand Finale of SIH-2022 at the centre.

Placements and Training: Screening of the Documentary on Rani Abbakka

On the occasion of the 75th Independence Day, CII team has planned to screen a documentary on Rani Abbakka, the Indomitable Spirit of Tulunadu on 28th July 2022. The Documentary will be screened in the ground floor seminar hall between 10.45 am to 11.45 am. Tiya Chatterji who has produced and directed this film, will be addressing the gathering after screening of this documentary. All staff are cordially invited.
