Alumna from MBA Batch 2015-17 Interacts with MBA students

Ms. Disha Kotian of Sahyadri MBA Batch 2015-17, currently working as Technical Co-ordinator, Northern Trust Corporation, Bengaluru, visited Sahyadri and interacted with first year MBA students on 2nd May, 2022. During her interaction she narrated how Sahyadri MBA program has helped her groom herself even though she comes from a remote location and graduated from a rural college. She stressed on improving other skills along with academics as beyond a point only passion to learn, attitude and learning new concepts will take one to the next level. She briefed the students that if one wants to grow in corporate life, especially in a work from home situation, one should be ready to stretch beyond working hours, focus on productivity, and work as a team.
Disha Kotian was an MBA-Finance student and working with Northern Trust Corporation, Bengaluru for the last four years. In these four years, she got promoted twice and currently designated as Technical Co-ordinator.
