MBA Faculty Trained to be a Nation Building Trainer (NBT) as a CSR initiative by BOSCH India

Prof. Sushma V, Dept. of Business Administration-MBA has undergone a Four-Day Nation Building Training (Train the Trainer) by BOSCH as a part of their Community initiative to contribute Skilled Talent Pool to the Nation.
The focus of this Training was on “Top 10 Must Practice Soft Skills & Attitudes for the Youth & All Citizens”. Prof. Sushma is now certified as a National Master Trainer and she will be assigned batches to train youth on – Ethics, Integrity, Responsibility, Respect for Laws & Regulations, Respect from majority of Citizens by Right, The Love for Work, Efforts to Invest & Save, Will to be Productive, Punctuality and Attitude of Gratitude.
Sahyadri has a MoU with Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) Mangaluru/Udupi Chapter and such opportunities are a result of the association with ISTD
