Dept. of Business Administration-MBA in association with Sahyadri Institute Innovation Cell (IIC) organized an Expert Talk on “Professional Etiquette” for the MBA Students. Ms. Wilma Merina D'sa, Soft Skills Coach at Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Bengaluru and Ex - IBM Talent Acquisition Leader - South Zone, Mumbai and Kolkata Region was the guest speaker.

She has worked in the Human Resource Department at IBM India Pvt Ltd, India (Fortune 500 MNC) and the Talent Acquisition Department at Fidelity Investments Pvt Ltd. She is also associated with Jain Hetic University as a Mentor and Soft Skills Coach.
