Special Webinar Series for MBA Aspirants, Three–Day PGCET Training Commences

The three-day PGCET Training Programme, organised by the Dept. of Business Administration-MBA has commenced for the students aspiring to join MBA under the Govt. Quota in B-Schools of Karnataka. More than 400 graduates from Mangaluru and various other parts of Karnataka, like Bengaluru, Thirthahalli, Shivamogga, Kumta, Madikeri, Kundapur, Karwar, Belagavi, Udupi, Bhatkal, participated in the first day training programme.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Vishal Samartha, Director, Dept. of Business Administration-MBA. She opened her speech by instilling positivity in the MBA aspirants in these times of crisis, while also speaking about what Sahyadri has to offer.
Dr. Vishal said that this 'Community Initiative' of Sahyadri is conducted to create awareness about the Govt. Quota in the B-Schools and also to provide training to the graduates so that they could join their dream institute to pursue their MBA degree. Prof. Sushma V, Faculty Co-ordinator briefed about the three-day training programme to the participants.
The first session on 'Quantitative Analysis' was facilitated by CA. Gopala Krishna Bhat, Founder-Trisha Group of Institutions and CEO-Siddhanth Learning Pvt. Ltd. He gave insights into solving Aptitude questions using short-cut methods and said, it not only saves time during exams, but also enables the candidates to attempt more questions and score well. The session received an overwhelming response from the participants.
