Demo session on Microcontroller and Embedded systems by Customer Support Engineer at ALS

On 12th April’2020, Mr. Raghavendra Prasad, Customer Support Engineer at Advance Electronic System, ALS, delivered a demo session on ‘Embedded systems Lab hardware programs’ through Google Meet App (ICT mode). The demo session was organised by Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering.
Highlights of the session:
• Interface a Stepper motor and rotate it in clockwise and anti-clockwise
• Interface a DAC and generate Triangular and Square waveforms
• Demonstrate the use of an external interrupt to toggle an LED On/Off
• Display the Hex digits 0 to F on a 7-segment LED interface, with an appropriate delay in between
• Determine Digital output for a given Analog input using Internal ADC of ARM controller
Faculty Members - Mr. Girish S, Ms. Megha Rani R, Ms. Rachana H K Gowda, Mrs. Jayashree, Mrs. Divya Jagadish of CSE department and Mr. Janardhan D R, Mr. Ganraj K, Mr. Praveen Damle of ISE department were the beneficiaries of the session.
