‘Diwali 2019 – Earn or Burn’, a Case Study Developed & Presented by MBAs as a part of Practical Assignment

First year MBAs were assigned the task of critically analyzing Diwali 2019 in five main perspectives – Economical, Social & Cultural, Entrepreneurial, Environmental and Health & Well-Being.
Students captured pictures during the 3-day Diwali festival, analyzed the celebration from these five angles and also brain-stormed on how Diwali can be made eco-friendly. This assignment not only enhanced their knowledge on the significance of the festival but also helped in meeting entrepreneurs and interviewing them on the business scenario. They felt a scope for doing business and earning more revenue during festivals.
