He told the gathering that so far they were dependents but now they have become independent adults of society and able to make their own decisions; they can choose what is right and what is wrong. He said that mistakes, failure and rejection are part of life and that the word FAIL should not be taken literally but it is to be read as `First Attempt In Learning’ and that there are plenty of opportunities out there. Dr. Bhandary called upon every graduate to be the Brand Ambassadors of the institution where ever they may be placed in life and to always uphold the name of the institution.

She asked the graduates to learn from their mistakes and drawbacks and to perfect the subject knowledge and to spend some time to improve their skills. She said that the 3 I’s for success were Insights; to know one’s purpose and have a goal, Inspiration; work with passion and be passionate entrepreneurs and have integrity in whatever one does and one is definite to succeed. She said that the initial years after graduating are for learning and it has to be continuous learning which is the key to success. She cautioned that when one is successful one has to repeat success, only then will one remain successful. In today’s world, to remain successful, one has to run faster than yesterday otherwise, one will be overtaken by a more competent person.
