Harsh P. Bhosale is the Chief People Officer at Nayara Energy Limited. A cross-functional business leader, Harsh has over 3-decades experience spearheading organisations successfully across cultures and countries: India, the UK, China and Vietnam. For over 25 of his 30+ years career, Harsh has headed the Human Resource Management function within organisations. As the Chief People Officer at Nayara Energy Ltd., Harsh manages a team of seasoned HR professionals to support the 2900+ employees. He led the function at Nayara Energy through the 2017 Essar Oil acquisition by a consortium of international investors including Rosneft, Trafigura and ICP.
Harsh also held leadership roles in the HR function at Saint Gobain (India), RPG Group, Scottish & Newcastle PLC, JSW Steel, Cadbury India and Crompton Greaves.
